And an assessment is neither good nor bad. It just indicates a preference for—you know—what we like and what we want to hear. So what is involved with communication? Well you and I, we probably are aware that communication involves both verbal components as well as the non verbal components.

Non verbal communication skills have a lot to do with the way we communicate with others and getting things done. When I ask you what non-verbal communication skills are, you might probably say: “The way that the body moves” or “The gestures that I make” or “The way that I speak.
